Newton Places 1st in Stock Market Game Competition
Congratulations to all 5th Grade GATE students who entered the yearlong Stock Market Game Competition! Out of 40 teams in the west region, we had several teams place in the top 10. Way to buy, sell, and trade stocks based on analyzing data and trends!

Marquee or Celebration Bouquet
See your name in lights!! For $35 you can have your child’s birthday on the marquee (includes stuffed animal & balloon bouquet)! Complete the information and submit your cash payment to the front office. You can also order a solo celebration balloon bouquet ($25).

Thanks again to the teachers, staff, parents and students at Newton for making things so enjoyable, and a happy place for my daughter to learn. Thanks to everyone for being so awesome. We love Newton and I hope my son will get the same opportunity to learn there.

My daughter has been engaged in learning since the schools have closed. The teacher has interactive video calls, as well as activities for continued learning throughout the week. Newton was prepared long ago with technology, and kudos for looking forward and having packets prepared. Thank you for a well run ship at Newton.

Join our PTA!
One of the best ways to help the PTA is to join and pay your membership fees - we don’t require anyone to volunteer! Simply joining our PTA is a great way to support Newton Elementary.

Absent Child?
CCSD is asking that all absences have a letter from the parents sent into school within 3 days of the absence for it to be excused. If preferred, you can send an absence email with your child's name and your name to lopeza35@nv.ccsd.net.
